Vehicle availability, pricing, incentives, financing terms, trade values, and timelines can change and may depend on third parties (including dealerships, lenders, and inventory systems). We do not guarantee:

6. User Responsibilities
You agree that information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You also agree not to use the Services to:

11. Limitation of Liability

If liability is found, our total liability for any claim will not exceed $100 (or the minimum amount allowed by law), unless a different limitation is required by applicable law.

Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue, unless prohibited by law.
